  • @HellSuicide The other Dragon Age games run on a different engine, so being able to run them isn't really an indicator of whether your PC can handle DAI. 😉

Please post a dxdiag, as well as any other information relevant to your computer set up (this sticky is a good place to start).

If you have any mods installed, please remove them, this will make it easier to figure out what's going on. 🙂

Both the CPU and GPU are below the system requirements.

The CPU has to be a quad-core processor, whereas you only have a dual core.

The GPU has to be a graphics card, whereas you have an integrated graphics chipset. You need a graphics card by either Nvidia or AMD that meets the system requirements.

    Minimum*:

    • OS: Windows 7 or 8.1 64-bit
    • CPU: AMD quad core CPU @ 2.5 GHz; Intel quad core CPU @ 2.0 GHz
    • System RAM: 4 GB
    • Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 4870; NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
    • Graphics Memory: 512 MB
    • Hard Drive: 26 GB
    • DirectX: 10

^^What Fred said. Also, in case you ever need to know in future, the word 'dxdiag' in my previous post was a link to a post instructing you on how to export your dxdiag information to a text file (much more information than what's provided in the screenshots you provided) and how to post that text file (although alternatively to the way it says, you could attach the file using the 'Choose file' button under the text box when you post a reply/create a new thread).

Sorry we didn't have better news for you, hopefully you can get a refund. 🙂

  • I also have the same problem (in a sense)

I start a new game and when it takes me to the character creator, the inquisitor is invisible.

I then just continued with the game and make it through the cut-scenes and everyone is invisible or only have their arms or a left eyeball etc.

    Here are my specs

@Mornorth2 Your PC doesn't meet the system requirements. Your graphics device is Intel HD Graphics 3000, which is integrated in the processor and not meant for gaming. You need a dedicated graphics card from AMD or Nvidia that meets the system requirements.
