Iron Bull tarot card won't change
I thought it was supposed to change after [ Spoiler ] but it's still the same as it was after I finished his personal quest.

There is a final romance scene with him that triggers both the achievement and card change. For some people it's bugged and won't become available (like me, sad day.) For others it works just fine. Try talking to him again and see if you get an extra option under "let's talk about you and me." the option should say something along the lines of "Let's spend some time together." or somethin'. It'll trigger the last scene and his card will change.
I guess I have that bug then; he hasn't had anything new to say in a long while. Sucks. :/
I fixed mine by doing the next major story quest. The quest was "What pride had wrought" for me. I did it, came back, and suddenly the option popped up! It was worth it...
