Iron Bull tarot card won't change
I thought it was supposed to change after [ Spoiler ] but it's still the same as it was after I finished his personal quest.

I know this is old, but figured I would chime in -
The dragon tooth necklace scene isn't his final romance scene. You can still end things with him even after you give him the necklace. For me his final romance scene (where you can tell him you love him) happens after the quest "Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts." That is the point of no return where your romance is permanently locked in and his tarot card changes.
