I was hoping to start playing Dragon Age: Inquisition today, but when I tried to log into the Keep to set my world state from the previous two games, it keeps saying "Oops, an error occurred" and I haven't been able to access anything on it all day. I've tried clearing my cache, using different browsers, even trying it on my phone, and the same thing comes up. Looking through similar posts, I see that this isn't a unique issue, but since those posts have been marked as 'Solved,' I wasn't sure if any admin or support people continue to check them if I were to leave a reply. I'm hoping that its a temporary issue that will be resolved soon, but since the game is several years old now, I'm also looking for confirmation that the Keep is still active in general.
- 6 years ago@MDZer0 Dragon Keep seems to always be randomly down. Nobody ever really cared to fix it I guess. It'll be fixed then go down again at some point. A never ending cycle really.

I'm having the exact same issue, it's frustrating as hell! This happens very often from time to time, when are they going to find a permanently fix to this?!?! It's been going on for days on my end.

^ What has been their average time to fix it? Also, it would be wonderful if Bioware or EA could communicate with us and tell us what is going on.

I've had this issue too.
Honestly, dragon age inquisition has been nothing but a butt-ache since I bought it.
The keep seems to go down very often, and they never really let us know when it's fixed (last time they did on Twitter was literally a year ago and it's been up and down since).
I've contacted their keep via Twitter since I know it's still active as recently as 4th december, but its annoying to have to sit around waiting to play a game you've already spent a lot of money on, just to add in the features (that are game changing) that you also spent a lot of money (and an embarrassingly long amount of time, at least in my case).
Its honestly ridiculous. I've tried the "fix" in unchecking the syncing options, to no avail. Will update if the keeps twitter get back to me.
