Dragon Age Keep is down. Based on the troubleshooting I've done (different browsers, extensions (e.g., ad-block) turned off, etc.) and the other posts, it is safe to conclude that it is a server issue.
Based on these posts, this seems to have been a recurring issue with this particular instance occurring since yesterday (Dec 14, 2019).
Please fix Bioware.
