Is it possible to transfer DA: O Ultimate Edition (Origin) from my old account to the new account?

Short answer, "Yes."

Longer answer:  "You need to talk to an EA Game Advisor.  They are the only ones with access to your account to do this."

You have account maintenance issue. 

After getting to the Help Center and filling out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform)

look for the "Chat Now", "Call Now", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one.  (You've already done that!)

If you select "Chat Now" or "Call Now", be sure you have enough time (at least one hour)
