Is the keep down for console?

I'm on PS5 and I've just tried to import my keep save to DAI a few times but each time I boot the game up it just says default world state.

My connection is fine, my accounts are synced, however in the keep it's saying my world state has been imported but in game it has not. I don’t know what to do, please help.
