Is there a way to zoom the tactical cam out further?

I just had a really hard time with the Pride Demon. I'd see the rift, enter tactical mode, and then the camera would zoom in further and I'd lose sight of it. I could not figure out how to pan the ...

The only way I know of is via using Cheat Engine, which has a zoom script for DAI. Kind of awkward to use, though, as you must go through some hoops before launching the game.
