Thanks for replying. What about ways to avoid nudity scenes in game? Are those all optional? Or does the game always take you through them?

Not possible as an on/off option. It's all under player's control. To avoid nudity, player shouldn't pursue romances. If you stick just to friendship with everyone, no nudity will be shown.
