Same here. Haven't had the patch all day. Maybe it's released at a later time for PS3 this time? I find it pretty funny too because apparently this update fixes the Sera Prank quest bug and I've been putting off playing my Human Noble KE for like months because of that bug. But lo and behold the fix is here and I can't get access to it.
Updates take some time to get approved Sony, so it might just take a little while. The last patch was released a week later for the consoles so it might be similar here.
