Is this properly recognized: Alistair executed and Loghain kills Archdemon?

I created a world state in which my Warden killed Leliana and even killed the dog. I chose Loghain over Alistair at the Landsmeet and let Anora kill her rival. I refused the Dark Ritual and let Loghain deliver the killing blow.

This was correctly exported into the first game. I knew I was successful because I doublechecked the time stamp or whatever code as soon as I could after character creation.

I got to Haven, Leliana was obviously not happy with the Warden, so I had verification that my import was successful. I spoke to Quartermaster Threnne, big Loghain fan, and she said nothing about Loghain becoming a Grey Warden and saving Thedas from the Archdemon. This was my first clue that something wasn't right.

Second clue:  I found a History of the Fifth Blight. It said Loghain was sentenced to execution and nothing about him becoming a Grey Warden or that Alistair was executed. I stopped playing at this point and started another game. 

I knew patches were in the works and tried a second time after either patch 2 or 3 with no difference. I really don't want to start with this world state again until I know that a) the issue is resolved or b) it will never be resolved. I have also submitted a report to the Keep. Either their flags are wrong or DAI isn't reading them properly.
