Isabela not returning

Question

At end of act 2 I gave the relic to Isabela and got the note she had left,

I did the final quest and defeated Arok but she did not come back ?

I romanced her and before the +15 like I got when she left I was just into the blue.

Now in act 3 there is no quest to meet her at the Hanged Man yet.

Is she now gone for good or if not when does she come back ?

If I did Mark of the Assassin with Isabela BEFORE completing Catch a Thief would my approval rate be high enough for here to come back as she should have as above ?

You've got to have your friendship with Isabella quite high before she will come back. When she does, it's before you fight the Arishok.&nbsp; She interrupts your discussion with him after he takes over the keep. Make sure you've given her the ship in a bottle, and teased her and flirted with her a lot. Do the quest to help Martin recover his goods, and take her along with you on that quest.
