I've lost my lvl 22 character [URGENT]

My cousin use to play with his origin account in my computer, as he did on january 23th. When I went this morning to play in my account, origin, as many times, asked me if it should take the cloud savegames or the local ones. As the newer ones (january 23th) were the local savegames, I prefered to use them. Now the problem: I'VE LOST MY ******* CHARACTER AND ALL MY SAVEGAMES AND THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IT BACK. I tried to login in another computer and it's useless, and also it is searching the savegame folder, as the files have been replaced. The only character I see is my cousin's.

It is more than 90 hours that i have spent in my character, so please, give me a quick solution or this is the last time i buy a game of yours.

Kind regards.

I never use the continue option, I always load. And there are only savegames from another charater. This isn't the first time I loss something: one time I lost 3 hours of play due to the auto-erase of the cloud, but this is too much (more than 90 hours). This issue doesn't happen in another platforms like steam.

I assume you can't do nothing to help me out, so goodbye and farewell. Now i understand why ea is the worst company in the world. And please, don't say is not fault of the game, because it is, as it is also fault of origin. Never again, thanks

  • Ask your cousin if he got the same message when he "used your computer to play his Origin account".  The only way your saves would be deleted is if your cousin chose to let his Origin cloud overwrite the local (your) saves.  In which case you should seek him for reparations, not Bioware/EA.

Try using file recovery software: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/filerecovery/tp/free-file-recovery-programs.htm

When files get deleted from your hardware, they're not actually removed. It just means the ones and zeroes can be overwritten. If your save files haven't been overwritten yet, you can still recover them.

Didn't work (it appears as corrupted files on load screen). Thanks anyway.

    This question is to EA:

so if two persons are using the same computer with different accounts and, accidentally, one use local data instead cloud data when sync origin, his characters and all savegames are irremediably lost forever? Because this is what happened to me...

I don't understand why it has to overwrite. As I said before, from me and my cousin: never again.
