I'm sorry to hear about your issue with Jaws of Hakkon - it's probably my favourite DLC for DAI, but I've played it on PC and didn't encounter such problems 😳
I see that re-installation is not helping anymore, so could you try those steps for me?
- Power cycle your console.
- Clear cloud storage for DAI.
- Restart your console, while keeping your games and apps.
