Jaws of Hakon not showing up in second playthrough

Hi. I haven't finished the game yet but the game became quite easy, I guess my character is overleveled so I started new game but I don't see anything in the war room to trigger the quest. It worked fined with my first game. Anyone has experience with having two or more characters?

Have you reached Skyhold yet? Forstback Basin (Jaws of Hakkon level) does not appear on the wartable until you have reached Skyhold.

No I haven’t. Thanks for your reply. In my first play I was already behind Skyhold when I purchased Jaws of Hakkon and it was there right away.

Yep, as I said before, that's how it's supposed to work; Frostback Basin should not be available until you have reached Skyhold. Does that solve your issue?
