I'm also having this issue, which is double fun considering that I was perfectly able to log in to the site several days previous and currently my daughter can access her account via her laptop (on the same internet connection) just fine. It's been a little under a week since I've been able to access the keep at all.
I have reset our internet connection, tried different browsers (both Firefox and chrome), attempted to log in via my cellular data on my phone, attempted again on my workplace wifi on same phone, and even had my daughter attempt to access the keep via my account on a separate browser on her laptop ( as to not lose her own current connection in case it -is- ip related). None of these attempts produced anything other then the connectivity error posted above.
