@EA_ShepardHey, so I don't know if this helps or anything but I decided to make another EA account purely to see if that would make the keep act any different. It did, I'm not getting the error on the account I just made but I do not have the game on that account or my characters (I know you can remake story arks in the keep, but still would prefer to have those characters I've made). An annoying thing is that I had to get another web browser to try it out as the keep is not letting me log out of my proper account:

Yeah I have the exact same problem. Its really annoying since I wanted to start a new DAI playthrough but the Keep seems to be down more often than not. Hope it gets fixed soon, but I'm not holding my breath.
