Keep Caer Bronach, "Cannot open from this side"

So i'm doing a quest to claim and clear a keep called Caer Bronach and when i enter the second inner courtyard i engage the enemy bandits, at my first time the bandits in the upper sanctum come down ...

wrong place, sir. the glitch has moved from there, to the door of the room with the claim-point.

  I had the same problem as you. Here's how I got around it. There are multiple quests that require you to take the keep. I just left, loaded up a different quest and came back. There was a new set of enemies on that to floor that opened the door. I hope this works for you too
