Hi @ShadowOnyx013, We have been able to test this on and off and it appears to be one of two things. Sync issue, or corrupted saves syncing to the console, or the platform being used. Sadly, with DA: TV the keep is a low priority and not much is happening with it. They are trying to get it updated but with the new series content being worked on, it may be a bit before this is updated on the site.

Sir Isaacs armor, Evra's Might, amulet of ashes, Ivo Family Crest, Evra's Trophy Belt, and The Irons.

I started a new playthrough to confirm and theses are the ones that didn't show up even though I have them marked in Dragon Age Keep to receive on xbox
