[Keep] Dragon Age Keep Error Has Occurred

I cannot get the Dragon Age Keep to work. I made a new EA account and the Keep works just fine but with my main account it keeps saying there is an error that has occurred and I tried everything from refreshing, clearing cache, uninstalling EA desktop etc but nothing works. My EA account also seems to be fine as I have no problem logging into it and the servers for the Dragon Age Keep in game seem fine. Any help would be great!

    @TheDreamersKid

    Hey there!

    Just following up to see how things are going. Are you still running into any issues? Let us know if you need any assistance.

    Thanks!

  • Thank you for replying. Unfortunately I am still having this issue. Also with the new account I created I’m unable to share world states with the account that does not seem to work.

  • With the new account I can do everything that one can do in the keep except share a world state with my old account as when I try to share a world state it will  say an error has an occurred then I’m stuck in a loading screen.

    the new account works perfectly fine. It’s my old account that I’ve had since 2015 that is not working at all.

    @TheDreamersKid That sounds quite frustrating to have that one single account not work.

    Can you sign into the account that cannot share, and go through the replay option again? Have it synced up one more time? The issue is that the state, or data one that state isn't syncing.

    We have no way to fix that because we cannot alter the data so you have to find a way to sync it up.

    Create a test save. Make random decisions, name it a random name so it isn't mixed in.

    Share it with the other account you have, or with a friend who you want to share it with and see if that works.

    It is possible it is the state itself. There isn't anything account-wise other than permissions on the account that would prevent it.

    Make sure that the EA account isn't private, or blocking anyone, and make sure the profile is visible to other players.
