@wyltswm Hey, so there are some issues around the keep right now. It has been escalated up. Sadly with this error, there isn't a way around it without the team refreshing it the keep on the backend.
This is what we are waiting on!
Thanks
Hi,
I bother you again because I still can't access my keep, I always got the "oops an error has occurred"
But when I tried it with my sister account, as you can see in the attached file, I can access hers.
As said before ;
I've already tried what I've found online (Tried another browser, deleting the cache, disabling addon in the browser, removing files in "temp"). For all the Dragon Age, I've played with mod, so maybe that's why it's not working.
Thanks again for your help !

@wyltswm Can you test this for me on different browsers on different devices?
If you use Chrome or Edge, they share cached data and cookies so you could be logging into the same cached link.
I want to see if using different browsers, and different connections (data, Wifi, Hotspot) changes anything.
The issue with that error is we have to have someone on the backend check if we cant get players to fix it on their end by resyncing the data after logging in.- wyltswm8 months agoRising Novice
Thanks for your answers !
On my pc I use Duckduckgo browser, it didn't work, with the WiFi
So I've tried on my phone, with data enabled, and on two different browser (brave and Firefox) it didn't worked either ^^'

@wyltswm Gotcha. I messaged the team on it to see if anyone can take a look. Changes are slim today with Tomorrow being a holiday. In the end it is a sync issue though. That could be the account, a save, world state import, etc. Normally a completely different connection on a completely different device has worked but not everytime.
