Kitty Collar

@PeacekeeperSun I looked this up and it is an old one that was never really officially fixed. Theres a lot of workarounds with it, but for the most part, the main ways to try to resolve this one are as follows.

1. remove the kitty collar
2. load a previous save
3. check for updates
4. try the console command if one pc
5. adjust graphics settings - random one, but it seems to work
6. reinstall the game - download the patch manually after reinstall

There were more advanced steps I found online, but they revolve around mods and editing save files, and that I am afraid we cannot assist with. That would be an at your own risk thing.
