Lack of Russian localization in Dragon age origins for the Xbox platform

Hello. I would like to clarify information about the localization of Dragon age Origins. Since May 2020, in the CIS region, the game has been sold on the XBOX platform, the game page has been translated into Russian, the game is in the xbox ultimate (ea play) subscription, but there is no localization itself. Dragon Age Origins has been officially translated into Russian by the Snowball localizer (softclub) and is available for PC players.
Can you help me solve this problem? Add files of already made localization to xboxstore? It won't take a lot of time and money, and those who do not speak English well can finally enjoy the game to the fullest. Many years have passed since 2009 and the XBOX player base in the CIS has increased. By adding localization, you will cheer up the players, and I myself can finally close the "old gestalt". The game is also distributed through a subscription to EA Play, and many are clearly disappointed by the lack of localization (according to my friends who are currently playing on XBOX). p.s. : I have a disc with the original game (without DLC) and, accordingly, with a translation, but DLC is available only in the xboxstore in English (in Russia, Dragon Age Origins DLC was not distributed on disc versions for XBOX). But it is very difficult to find a disc with a game, and also many do not have disc drives already. Please help me solve the problem. Thanks.
