So right after reading this post I randomly found that soldier letter that is supposed to be just north east of the Riverwatch camp! It's actually NOT on the map where the marker indicates. It's almost directly east from the camp, nearly within spitting distance. You'll see a human skeleton trapped underneath a dead, rotting rhino creature. It's right by the curve of the fence near the path.
You saved me. I looked in that area but didnt think to look UNDER the rhino beast
