Leliana always hardened no matter what
No matter what I do leliana always remains hardened. I've tried multiple playthroughs with multiple world States and I've followed guides. But no matter what she always kills that woman in the chantry...

Conversation with her at Haven:
- when she was praying, choose the option My sympathies on the second dialogue.
- don't let her kill the traitor agent.
Conversation with her at Skyhold:
- don't blame her for the deaths in Haven.
- choose option Our men are not disposable on the third dialogue.
I've done those multiple times and it still doesn't work. What would be nice is if you could edit your world state in the keep before going into trespasser so you can correct any glitches like this. Or just play it through with different stories without having to complete the entire main game again. As much as I like the game I don't want to play through it all again as I can't leave side quests alone and it will take hundreds of hours lol.
