Less than 20fps while loading? Long loading times 59-173 seconds

I haven't played this game in a while I came back to it and I've noticed that when I boot the game up I get about eight FPS while it's loading and then going into the main menu frame rate jumps up to 300 and then drops back down to 60 cuz I have a frame limiter running then when I load a character the frame rate idles between 8 and 15 FPS and I have load times that exceed 2 minutes in some cases never has it ever been less than a minute load time this game's installed on a RAID 0 SSD array I shouldn't have load times longer than 2 seconds.

EDIT: I believe I have figured it out. For NVIDIA users disabling shader-cache not on global but as per application basis seems to have reduced my loading times. The framerate has also gone back upto my monitor refresh rate. So mileage may very but for anyone using a nvidia card who knows they have a fast enough machine try disabling shader cache. An let me know if you notice an improvement.

Another thing that might also help, though not necessarily in your case, is enabling Origin in-game. If you have it disabled for any reason (for instance because other games run better with it off), then re-enabling it can drastically reduce load times.

Turning off online features, such as character upload to the Keep, can also reduce load times, because it's uploading save files during load screens.
