"Loading" glitch — quests Repentance (act 2) and Faith (act 3)

Hi there!

I know there's a popular workaround here that includes temporary deletion of Addins\da2_prc_drk\module from the game folder. However, I've stumbled upon a problem here, so let me explain and start with a short description of this glitch (for those of you, who doesn't yet know about this annoying bug).

Long story short: there's a moment in both quests mentioned above (won't say when exactly to avoid any spoilers), when the game pauses, screen turns somewhat grayish and a line "Loading..." appears on the bottom right. And it just remains so without anything being loaded in fact.
First time I've seen it I thought my pc overheated or smth like that. So while rebooting I've googled this issue and found out that it's a global one.

Now, there are two known ways of dealing with it that can be found here in the 'Bugs' section (there's also a link to Answers HQ).

The one I briefly mention above — to cut a certain folder from the game directory and run the game while the folder isn't there, then paste it back after completing the quest — seems to work for just about everyone.

However (and this is the point where the problem I've stumbled upon comes), sometimes players cannot load the saved game while this module is deleted (and 'Legacy' DLC thus deisntalled, which is the reason the saved game can't be loaded on the pc).

Because of that, I've decided to try the 'simple' way of dealing with this glitch — pressing Esc button to skip a part of the dialogue (it worked perfectly for me in 'Repentance' quest)

But (!)
As far as I've read about this glitch, the latter way of solving this problem is relatively okay for the 'Repentance' quest, since it doesn't ruin any dialogue that's crucial for the plot and the story. You just miss a small bit of it.
However the 'Faith' quest in act 3 would be quite different in this regard, as far as I understand.

Since I'm playing the game for the first time, I would really like to know if there are any other ways one could avoid this glitch. Would be a damn nuisance to ruin some plot-related decisions because of it.

PS: I'm only at act 2 right now, so 'Faith' awaits me some time in the future.
Thus, if you have any suggestions or info to help, I'd be really grateful if you avoid any spoilers 🙂 Thanks!
