Loot is stuck in wall above door
I am on the hushed whispers quest and the last red lyrium shard is in the wall above a door.and can't retrieve it.what do I do

@runninpony year 2020. I still have the exact problem rn.
The loot is stuck inside the wall just above the door. I am literally jumping like a monkey hoping to interact with it, even tactical camera wont work.
I have multiple saves, but I only kept save when I started this quest and my current Autosave.
I may have patience to redo a 2 hour progress, but this is a disappointment for a big company to overlook a game breaking bug.
Given there has been no actual solution except revert from old save, its frustrating to see others having the same exact experience as I have.
