I play on a PC and downloaded Mark of the Assassin

  • When you log into Bioware Social Network it's not listed on "Your registered game content" page?

If the link above does not work:

    1) Log into your account on Bioware Social Network and mouse over "My Games" on the menu under your avatar.
    2) Click "Your registered game content".
    3) If it's listed there should be a "More Info - PC" link that will bring up a dialogue box with a "Download" link.

    Hi

I originally download from within the game using " Downloadable Content" on the main menu you then " Available Game content" where I paid for extra credits and downloaded the " Mark of the Assassin"

Having not achieved anything that way I went into my Bioware acoount as you described and downloaded " Mark of the Assassin" just as you described from the more info PC window under "Your registered game content."

This is now on my hard drive but is not available either thru' my game menu or if you simply try to open it from my download file!

    Any ideas?

  • The file downloaded from the Bioware Social Network site is an executable program, so double-clicking the file should begin the process.

When you attempt to install the DLC .exe are you running it as an administrator?

    1. Mouse over the .exe file.
    2. Right click the file to open the drop down menu.
    3. Select "Run as administrator".
