Lost my registration code

I misplaced my registration code, and I need to re instal the gamel on a new computer. The original laptop I played on is long dead. I own the cd-rom version. Suggestions

If you registered the game when you first installed it, then an EA Game Advisor can help you recover your product code.

They are the only ones who can look under the covers and see your account details.

Log-on to the Help Center using the same account as you used to register the game, then fill-out the required information, (Product/Problem/Platform) and look for the "Chat Now", "Call Me", or "Email Now" buttons, not the AHQ "Ask Now" one. (You've already done that.)

The options you see may vary depending on your region and the time-of-day.

If you select "Chat Now", be sure you have enough time (at least one hour) to wait before being connected to someone. 😕mileyfrustrated:
