Lost Saved game

Since EA was such a steaming pile of "help" I'm taking my issue to the forum (and the **bleep** I was chatting with to management). I play the PC version of Dragon Inquisition and have run across an...interesting problem. Random saved game will appear with the names Russian. These characters are various levels.

The first time this happened my own saved game was still there so I deleted the two Russian named ones and continued on my merry rift-closing way. The second time the Russian named saved games came back they replaced my own and EA support did little else but give me a broken link. So I deleted the games and started over.

This most recent time my game was gone again and this time five Russian named saved games appeared along with altered game settings. I took my issue to EA support again (you would think I would have learned the first time) and was accused of either being Russian or buying the Russian version of the game. After all this **bleep**'s "help" my saved game is still missing and the Russian ones are still there and I still have no idea how to fix this (beyond starting over which I'd rather not do) and how to stop this from happening.

I've already changed my Origin password and got a confirmation email in German. Dragon Age Keep is still thankfully in English and the world I uploaded still exists.

What is going on?! Is it possible to get my saved game back? How do I prevent this from happening a fourth time? Seriously, I'm ready to abandon this **bleep** thing and go back to Skyrim where the glitches don't cause me to lose a level 20 character twice!
