Main character will not level up past level 27.
My main character has enough xp points to level up but will not do so. Stuck at level 27.
Correct. 27 is the hard level-cap in the game.
[EDIT: Maybe that'll get changed with a patch before the "Trespasser" final DLC, but maybe it won't.]
