Mantle stutter fix coming or found?
I just read dozens and dozens of the Mantle posts ranging from 11/20 through 12/5 and I don't see an actual fix posted anywhere.
I do get the optuion to switch to it. When I do use it, every 5-10 seconds it stutters/freezes for 1/2 to 1 second (and causes sea sickness it feels like). DX11 is fine...except mantle does all the stuttering but *never* crashes. under dx11, it never stutters, but 1-3 times per hour I CTD with no error message.
really kinda sad to goodle for patch and see ps4 patches and no news for a pc patch or fix inc. anyone know how to make mantle work or stop the dx11 crashes? i'd prefer a fix to one, but having both makes the game either totally playable but totally sickening (mantle) or 1/2 playable and totally annoying (dx11).
no offense, but the GOTY announcement while this game has been more frustrating for 3 weeks than any MMO launch was laughable.
