(Mark of the Assassin and Legacy) "The network is having problems."

DLC not Install because DA2 not installed, but i have installed in pc.
Any idea?

Not sure. Might try logging-in to your EA/Origin account before trying to install the DLC.

(BTW: What install type do you have? Retail disc? Steam? Origin? Other?)

Did you try to run the game first,so it properly finishes the install of DA2?Just downloading and installing from Origin don't finish the installation,so the DLCs won't see the finished install.

Same problem.
My game in Origin, version 1.04, Russian language. I run the game at first and logging in to my account.
I need to download DLC from Bioware Social, because The Exiled Prince, Legacy and Mark of the Assassin haven't voices in dialogues.

  I am also experiencing this issue. For more details on attempted fixes here is the link to my post.
  None of them have worked for me, even when suggested directly from Origin Help, but maybe one of them will work for you.
  Otherwise, maybe a solution will be provided via the forum.
