Mark of the Rift tutorial bug, PS4

after the movie at the end of the first act, when I found myself in an underground place I was presented with the Mark of the Rift. I didn't manage to use it at first so I died. when I pressed continue, the game loaded up but when I got the tutorial message, all of my attacks disappeared from the GUI. now if I press square, nothing happens, I am limited to use my default attack using R2, without even seeing my other attacks on the GUI and I die again and again and again.

it's quite unacceptable for an AAA game to have such a glitch unpatched, and as I see, this isn't a new bug (even in this forum there is another guy with the same problem and no answers).

so, how to get out of it? I really really don't feel like doing the horrible boss fight again and then see if I'm lucky enough to be able to go on or not.

help needed, and quickly, please.
