Masterworks Crafting Broken?
Is there a bug with crafting masterworks items with PS4?
I have never been able to create one. Today I created 40 straight items with tier 3 masterworks materials and all were failures. I did this straight one after another without saving/reloading or anything like that. Seriously 40 straight? How bad is the % chance coded in this game that I could fail that many times in a row? What's the point of adding that mechanic if it never works? Am I missing something? Is there some other combination I can try?
None of those materials will craft a "Masterwork".
They will provide the bonuses they're supposed to, but that's it.
The ones that will craft a "Masterwork" (+10% to all stats) are:
Dragon's Tooth (40% chance of success)
Essence of Perfection (100% chance)
Great Bear CLAWS (30% chance)
Heartwood (40% chance)
Ironbark (20% chance)
WHITE Wyvern HIDE (40% chance)
[EDIT: The "Essence of Perfection" can only be obtained from Dagna after completing "Fears of the Dreamers" in the Fade during "Here Lies the Abyss".]
