Menu Freezing Solution (Quad Core)

Does you game freeze on the main menu after a few seconds? Do you see the soldiers marching, then it freezes and the music plays on for a while and stops also? Do you got a Quad Core CPU? If so he...

  For me it is was an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @2.83GHz

    yeah i only freeze when i select new game.
    i was able to make a character yesterday but it froze when i ran out the front gates after everyone talked.
