Missed Iron Bull and Sera missions

I started most of the character missions after haven and never had an issue at all. It should not been bound to haven as far as I am aware, while other missions can be indeed lost from the operation table but that should not affect missions where you have actually to travel somewhere in order to perform a task for a party member.

Thanks but I looked into it and it would appear you cannot. There was no way to start the iron bull mission as far as I could see so I started again and got them all.
