To add, I did scour the trophies so I can show you that I did indeed have these items in the past (luckily my character at the time had the same name as my usual gamer tag at the time). Hopefully this helps speed up the process.
You can see the dragon armor there on the list 🙂
@UzumakiBen Hey, so the armor you mentioned, are you referring to the Blood Dragon Armor?
When you say pre-order items, are you talking about all the like deluxe items and all that you get in the chest when you get to Haven?

Hello :D
Thank you for your response. No I mean the Flame of the Inquisition items that one would get with the preorder. I was lucky that I have that picture in my PS trophies (from 2016) as it contains the "Medium Armor of the Dragon" which was part of the preorder bonus (just in case I needed to prove that I did have the preorder).Basically the items from the Deluxe preorder are missing. I did get the DLC bundle as it contained more content and items, so I am unsure if that effected it or something, but I am fairly sure it shouldn't have.
Hope that helps 🙂

Oh haha yeah I guess you get some of them from that chest :D but I am also missing the throne and the mounts in addition to those

BTW I checked the armor you mentioned, I think you are conflicting Veilguard and Inquisition here 🙂 I did preorder Veilguard too, which hopefully will not have this issue as well :S

@UzumakiBen The Blood Dragon armor was a gift in Veilguard from the devs in an update. That armor is one of the original armor in DAO. so there is no confusion. I was clarifying what items because there are quite a few over the years that were added in.
If you have everything (game/DLC/EA app/Steam) all installed on the same drive, and they are all installed in the default location with no mods installed, when you start a game and wake up in Haven, they should all be in the chest at a certain point. OR in the undercroft when you access that.
Now, if they are not, and you start another character to test it, and you happen to import a Keep save, start a new character without the keep save and test it.What we would need to do in that case is go over the EA account to see if you are entitled for all of that content which we do not do here. That becomes a Support issue. The best thing to do there is list out which items, item sets, and pre-orders as not everyone plays the game, so they may not know what you are talking about.

Thank you for the reply 🙂
Yes, it is a Veilguard armor. Since this is an Inquisition (as per title and the section this was posted in) issue, I do not understand why a possible issue with a completely different sequel was in question. But let us put that in the past.
As per the picture of the item that is missing now, 8 years later, I am entitled to the items, as well as the physical copy that I have of the game, I also tested it on a few characters to no avail. However, I will go back to support with this feedback in hopes that they will fix it.
Thank you for your assistance :D
