@UzumakiBen The Blood Dragon armor was a gift in Veilguard from the devs in an update. That armor is one of the original armor in DAO. so there is no confusion. I was clarifying what items because there are quite a few over the years that were added in.
If you have everything (game/DLC/EA app/Steam) all installed on the same drive, and they are all installed in the default location with no mods installed, when you start a game and wake up in Haven, they should all be in the chest at a certain point. OR in the undercroft when you access that.
Now, if they are not, and you start another character to test it, and you happen to import a Keep save, start a new character without the keep save and test it.
What we would need to do in that case is go over the EA account to see if you are entitled for all of that content which we do not do here. That becomes a Support issue. The best thing to do there is list out which items, item sets, and pre-orders as not everyone plays the game, so they may not know what you are talking about.
Thank you for the reply 🙂
Yes, it is a Veilguard armor. Since this is an Inquisition (as per title and the section this was posted in) issue, I do not understand why a possible issue with a completely different sequel was in question. But let us put that in the past.
As per the picture of the item that is missing now, 8 years later, I am entitled to the items, as well as the physical copy that I have of the game, I also tested it on a few characters to no avail. However, I will go back to support with this feedback in hopes that they will fix it.
Thank you for your assistance :D
