Thanks. Sadly, given that many of the mods are five or more years old, the modders may have moved on to other things and don't keep track of posts to their mods. The first thing I did was post to the mod and messaged the modder. No contact; oh well...

I had installed the Grey Wardens of Ferelden mod at the beginning of a playthrough. I had the "yellow Duncan" problem and followed the modders advice and everything seemed to be working fine after Ostagar.
Then I had the problem of invisible armor for Sophia at Soldiers' Peak.
In Denerim, Riordan in underwear.
At this point, I may do another reinstall and pick my mods more carefully! Oh well...
