Most characters missing fifth skill tree they get at skyhold

Bring them with you when you venture out. The game will not add the skill line until they're in your party.

Give them a few skills from a standard tree. Then open up their tree again and the specialization may show up.

Put them in your party and venture out of Skyhold........when you return to Skyhold, the tree will be full..............hopefully!
