There can be many reasons for this.

It seems you have the same problem I have.

The mouse looses connection to your PC/game.

There can be several issues that causes this.

To be sure look for eventual dirt in your optic LED on you mouse, and clean it once in a while.
The game shifts between interfaces. When it does you have to press the mouse button again to regain control.

It's a very annoying thing. Especially when in a batlle.
