Mouse only controls camera

Hi, I'm having a problem with controls for DA:I on PC. Instead of having to click and drag to rotate the camera around my character, the mouse now only controls the camera and I do not need to hold...

In the option menu, go to keybinds and find 'toggle mouse look' (somewhere at the bottom). This is a key that determines whether or not you have to drag to move the camera. In the game, press this button to enable/disable mouse look.

The "Mouse Look" option is built-in and always works (if you select it.). So you're doing something wrong if it's not.
