Technically speaking on Xbox One and PS4, the game is not fully installed when you think it is. Only the first portion of the game needs to be installed, before it is playable. So the game needs to fully be installed before you can play. I assume you are playing on PS4 since Xbox One shows you this process, but PS4 it is hidden in the background. Installation should take ~45min but I have heard it taking 2 hours depending on what you are doing with the console while it is installing.
i've had the game since monday meaning it has had allmost 1 full week to finish installing if thats the case meaning it should be done and yes sorry i forgot to say it's for the PS4
I have the same problem. I have an Xbox One and I bought the Dragone Age Inq from the store and it took several hours to download. It no longer shows in the Que so it is done downloading and installing. However, the Multiplayer option is greyed out and there is small red text in the bottom right saying that the option can not be used until the game has fully installed. It has been over 1 day and still I can not play multiplayer. I am at a loss. I don't want to delete the install and start over but that may be my only option.
Same here no one seems to want help either been day or 2 now and it just wont work but i can access areas on SP that overs cant before its installed.
Yeah, I can play the single player missions so far. Only been through the first one though. I guess I will download it again ☹️
