My account was definitely hacked and EA help doesn't exist

Hello -

So my account was 100% hacked. Every time I log on to my game, there are random new characters.


I am trying to get on the phone with EA but am unable to. I go through the question process and it just says "security help is only available over the phone", but does not give me the option to request a call.

I call customer service, and it's just an ad about how their call-back system is great.


It is URGENT that I actually speak to a human who can help me with this.


How do I get EA to talk to me?!

    i guess its a bug and not a hack .. if someone hacks your account he would change passwords

    edit: just 4 the worst case .. change your password 🙂

    Normally you'd think that; yeah - but would a bug make characters and level them up ? I've never heard of a bug like that before. 

    I did change my password ~ but I'm hoping there's some sort of extra security I can add; like a phone number on my account or something like that.

    there is a "secret question" function in origin .. something like "whats your mothers birth name" i think thats all you can do

    another edit : mby u should run an anti virus programm .. mby u´ve got a keylogger on your computer

    Yeah I know; that's the problem. If there's some sort of key logger as far as I'm aware that wouldn't really do much. But my personal cell phone can't be hacked and is always right beside me so it would be nice if there was some sort of text confirmation.
    I know that World of Warcraft has extra security measures such as this. 

    And yeah - there's something fishy going on 100%. I tried logging in to my SIMS game with my new password and it wouldn't let me. Changed my password for a second time...

    Response to edit: I've run my antivirus multiple times and it's always on ... not my first rodeo haha

    perhaps its a cloud problem ..an all this is a EA problem.

    i mean mby you have access to another cloud from another customer ..or another customer have access to your cloud..

    try to turn off all online functions in origin and in DA:I options

    its just a guess
