my dragon age origins character wasn't appearing in dragon age keep

i heard that you guys stopped uploading new characters to dragon age keep,but that's not true, i created a character one or two weeks ago and it was uploaded, but when i created a character 4 days ago it didn't upload, is there a solution to get my character to upload in dragon age keep?
