My PS4 account will not connect Dragon Age Keep.

Okay I have been at this for hours now; I created an EA account for Dragon Age Keep using the same email address I use for my PS4 account and yet every time I check my 'Persona' it is only connected to me PC and not PS4.....I just don't know what's happening.

Also, as I have noted this could be a possible issue I pay for Playstation Plus however; my friends PS4 has my main account so we both share its benefits. Please help I just want to actually use this awesome idea for a second.
