first time posting.
Anyway, after downloading Dragon Age using the free download obtained from On the House, I noticed there is a free promotional pack to download.
However, when I click on the Get it Now button, it wants me to purchase 400 points but clearly states it is free??
Do you have to buy points just to get a free download?

You should be able to get them from http://social.bioware.com/da2/dlc_bundle/. Simply log in with your Origin account details, select your platform and click on Unlock.
Because you have the On House version I'm not sure if it will then let you download the pack from your Origin account or if you'll have to download them from Your registered game content.

@EA_Zoe I clicked on your first link and it took me to a page with a lot of "premium" items and I unlocked them for PC, I then went to the "Registered game content page" and it showed everything for DA2, which I don't have, and gave me the option to download things for DAO. I downloaded one of them but nothing happened. I am extremely confused. Also hos do I get Bioware points?
