Thanks, but that link takes me to where I tried several times to contact EA. When I fill out the questions, I get sent here as the ONLY option. ANY OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION?
I assume this is still the problem?
There is just no way to "undo" the reading of this letter.
DA2 is out of studio support for 10 years, nobody at EA or here can help you.
All what you can do is go to a save before you read that letter.
